At BRIX 11 we are interested in the changing landscape of property design with today’s emphasis leaning towards intangibles such as community and identity, as much as the physical buildings and their monetary value.  When ‘home-searching’ we look to find a place that feels comfortable to us and our lifestyles to drop anchor, take a deep breath, enjoy life, and go.  

With the population increasing and our communities or urban villages gradually evolving in line with this, our personal and social spaces are adapting to keep step.  Whether we choose a property in a close-knit community with pubs and restaurants within easy reach, a house in a gated community, or an apartment in a block with social areas, it’s always about choice.

With today’s lifestyle living we often want our home to be many things; a place to retreat, rest and regenerate. A place to socialize and entertain, to work, to be private. It is also somewhere we showcase ourselves, to reflect and tell people who we are. A place in which we feel protected and safe, as well as where we can have fun, be calm and to grow.
